The Carriage House Concerts at Gore Place Unfold Every Second and Fourth Tuesday of the Month
Every second and fourth Tuesday of the month, the "lovely little music box of a room" that is the Carriage House at Gore Place hosts live music. The intimate space only seats 75 and boasts stunning acoustics, hence its reputation as a music box. Come to one of the upcoming Carriage House Concerts at Gore Place to enjoy some live tunes by local artists.
On Tuesday, August 28th, folk singer-songwriter Bill Staines takes the stage. He grew up near Boston, but has traveled all across the country and the globe, bringing his folksy style of music to the masses. If you're more interested in classical music, come to see Jamie Balmer and his guitar on September 25th. It'll be his first solo concert as a classical guitarist—he was a longtime member of the musical Duo Orfeo. Tickets to each concert are $15, but you can snag a discount if you're a member.
